Description of Services

  • A healing journey through the organs and elements using sound as medicine.

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this sound bath uses specific tones and frequencies to clear stagnation, harmonize emotions, and tonify the body’s energetic system.

Each organ system and emotional pattern is associated with an element, a season, and a vibrational frequency. The instruments used—especially crystal singing bowls—are selected to reflect these relationships, bringing the body back into balance through deep, resonant sound.

Elemental & Organ Associations (Common Western Key Approximations):

    • Liver / Gallbladder (Wood)Key of E
→ Clears anger and frustration; supports movement, flow, and vision

    • Heart / Small Intestine (Fire)Key of G
→ Opens joy, clarity, and communication; regulates spirit

    • Spleen / Stomach (Earth)Key of C
→ Grounds worry and overthinking; supports nourishment and stability

    • Lungs / Large Intestine (Metal)Key of D
→ Supports grief, breath, and the ability to let go

    • Kidneys / Bladder (Water)Key of A
→ Soothes fear, restores willpower, and deep inner vitality

Each session is intuitively guided and may be attuned to the current season, emotional climate, or your unique energetic needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, depleted, or just needing a reset, the tones help create movement, spaciousness, and deep nervous system restoration.

Sound is the medicine—your body is the guide.
Let resonance do what words cannot.

  • To help you feel comfortable and supported during your session, we recommend bringing:

    • A pillow or meditation cushion for seated practices

    • A journal and pen for any reflections or insights

    • Water or your favorite tea to stay hydrated

    • A light blanket or layers in case you get chilly during stillness

If you don’t have everything—no worries. We have a limited number of cushions and blankets available for rent. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll have them ready for you.

  • Gentle movement. Breath awareness. Energy alignment.

Qi Gong (pronounced chee gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that harmonizes breath, movement, and intention to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy—known as Qi. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Qi Gong is both grounding and energizing, helping to clear stagnation, restore vitality, and bring a sense of calm presence.

In each class, we move through slow, flowing postures and breathwork designed to support the organs, meridians, and emotional body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong meets you exactly where you are—whether you need to release stress, reconnect to your body, or simply move with more ease and awareness.

  • A journey into the deeper currents of the self—beyond time, beyond logic, beyond the conscious mind.

Past Life Regression is a gentle yet profound process that allows you to access subconscious material stored in symbolic or soul-level memory. Whether you believe in literal past lives, archetypal stories, or dream-like metaphors, what arises in a session is a reflection of the deepest parts of you asking to be seen, understood, and healed.

Rather than reactivating trauma from this lifetime, past life work gives the subconscious a safe and symbolic space to reveal patterns, wounds, strengths, and inner truths that may be hidden beneath the surface. These stories often emerge as mirrors—showing us something vital about who we are, what we carry, and what we’re ready to release.

    Through this work, we may:

    • Uncover emotional root causes behind unexplained fears, blockages, or patterns

    • Explore relationship dynamics from a soul perspective

    • Gain insight into gifts, lessons, and soul contracts

    • Experience deep energetic release or integration without reliving current-life trauma

    • Feel a greater sense of inner peace, clarity, and connection to purpose

Each session is guided in a safe, supportive container where you remain relaxed and aware. This is a process of trust—not in your mind, but in your deeper knowing.

The imagery and experience that arise are not just information—they are felt, lived, and embodied, offering you experiential knowledge and insight that can ripple into real transformation.

This is not about escaping your life.
It’s about remembering more of who you are.

  • A grounded meditation practice that uses visualization to support inner clarity and energetic balance.

Internal Alchemy is a style of meditation rooted in ancient Taoist practices, adapted here in a modern and accessible way. Unlike practices that encourage the mind to drift away or detach, this form of meditation invites you to stay fully present in the body—working with breath, intention, and creative visualization to support emotional processing and energetic flow.

Rather than trying to stop your thoughts or transcend your experience, Internal Alchemy gives the mind something to do—gently guiding it through the body’s internal landscape in a structured, supportive way. We may visualize color, breath, elements, or organ systems, depending on the focus of the practice.

    This is a way to:

    • Stay rooted in your body while meditating

    • Gently move emotional or energetic stagnation

    • Build inner awareness and regulation

    • Strengthen the connection between mind, body, and breath

It’s less about escaping and more about deepening into yourself—a form of internal hygiene that helps you feel more clear, centered, and energetically aligned.

  • Not at all. These offerings are designed to be supportive of anyone on a personal or spiritual journey, regardless of religious background. Practices like meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and even internal reflection through past life work are not tied to any specific religion or belief system—they’re tools for calming the nervous system, increasing self-awareness, and gently processing inner experience.

Many clients from Christian backgrounds have found these practices to enhance their sense of connection, peace, and spiritual clarity. There is no worship, doctrine, or requirement to believe in anything outside of yourself. Everything is offered with deep respect for your individual path.

You are always welcome to bring your faith with you into this space. The work we do simply helps create quiet and clarity—so you can listen more closely to whatever is meaningful and true for you.

  • Yes, absolutely. Each offering is designed to be flexible and responsive to where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you’re seeking deep rest, emotional processing, clarity, or simply quiet space, we can adapt the session to support your intentions.

You’re welcome to share anything you’d like to focus on when booking or upon arrival. This allows us to gently tailor the experience—whether through sound selection, movement modifications, energetic focus, or pacing—to meet your individual needs.

Your experience is yours, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace, in your own way.

  • The Morning Sanctuary is intentionally designed to guide you deeply into your body and gradually quiet the mind. This process takes time—sometimes the entire morning—especially if you're carrying tension, stress, or mental overwhelm.

Each segment builds on the next, creating a slow, intentional descent inward. Arriving for the full experience allows your system to truly settle and receive the full benefit of the practice.

We also recommend some light movement—like a short walk or gentle stretching—before the sitting meditation begins, to help prepare the body for stillness.

That said, we understand that this schedule does not work for everyone on a ritual basis. The doors will open for 10 minutes in between each segment to welcome those who are only able to attend part of the morning. You're always invited to join in the times that serve you the most.
