This class is all about deep rest & restorative energetics. You’ll be guided into gentle, supported yoga poses using bolsters and props—no stretching or effort required. While you're resting, a sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments will play continuously, creating a calming atmosphere to help your body and mind unwind. Reiki energy work will be offered during the session to support relaxation and release. It’s a quiet, nurturing space to let go of stress and reconnect. All mats and props are provided—just bring yourself.

—just come as you are, ready to rest.

About Lotus Nicole Gradford

Hi, I’m Lotus Nicole Gradford

Anxiety Coach, Creative Wellness Facilitator, and Founder of The Worry Knot Society.

But more simply, I'm someone who believes in the quiet, powerful work of untangling hearts, minds, and spirits

one gentle thread at a time.

After navigating my own journey with anxiety and healing for over three decades,

I know firsthand that the path to peace isn't

always straight and it's rarely easy. Sometimes we need more than words. Sometimes we need something to hold onto a thread of creativity, a moment of cairn, a safe hand to steady us.

Through my work whether guiding mindful workshops, creating calming tools like Worry Knots,

or offering energy-based practices to reconnect body and spirit

my mission is simple:

To create safe spaces where healing feels possible, playful, and deeply personal.

Here, you'll find more than products or practices

you'll find permission to be messy, be human, be real, and most importantly, to begin again.

Because healing is Knot about perfection. It's about gathering our scattered threads

and gently weaving them into something strong,

soft, and beautifully whole.

Elemental Sound Journey

Elemental Sound Journey w/ Nolan Void & Asheira

Doors @ 7pm | Journey @ 7:30PM

A meditative voyage from desert stillness to oasis rebirth

Step into a liminal realm where the boundaries between waking and dreaming begin to dissolve. Join Nolan Void and Asheira for an immersive Elemental Sound Journey, designed to guide you through an inner landscape shaped by the elements — from the dry whisper of desert winds to the lush embrace of an oasis.

This curated experience blends natural field recordings, crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and synthetic bass textures, layered with ethereal vocals and intuitive soundscapes.

Together, Nolan & Asheira weave a sonic path that supports deep introspection, visioning, and energetic realignment.

You’ll be invited to lay back, tune in, and surrender to the sound as it carries you through arid dunes of silence, winds of transformation, and ultimately into waters of clarity and inspiration.

The desert becomes a symbol of shedding, of elemental truth. The oasis becomes the heart — the place where something longed for finally arrives.

This journey is for seekers, dreamers, and those on the edge of inner change.

If you are exploring themes, yearning for insight, or simply needing to recharge your spirit, this is the space for you.

Please bring:

  • An open heart and mind

  • Journal (optional, for reflections after)

Duration: 75–90 minutes
All are welcome. No prior meditation experience needed — just a willingness to journey.

** Music in the recording below is a small segment from the Sound Journey experience **
