10:00 – 10:45 • Meditative Movement (Qi Gong-Inspired)
Gentle, mindful movement to wake up the body and clear energetic stagnation.
• Guided Internal Alchemy (Creative Visualization)
A deep inward journey using imagination, breath, and energetic intention to support emotional clarity and inner transformation.
11:15 – 12:30 • Tea & Sound Bath Integration
A deeply immersive sound healing session designed to integrate and restore. Rest, release, and return to harmony.
Sound Bath is from 11:30 am- 12:30 PM. We give a 15-30 minute space of time for tea and connection before hand.
12:30 Pm - 1:00 PM• Tea & Morning Closure
Stay for tea and community connection with fellow attendees (optional).
