My friend,

I want you to know—it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling. Anger is not wrong. It’s not something to hide or push away. It’s energy. It’s information. And sometimes, it arrives louder than we expected because there’s something deep inside that finally wants to be witnessed.

If you’re holding more anger than feels manageable right now, please hear this: you are not broken. You’re responding to pressure, to pain, to unmet needs, or boundaries crossed. Anger is often a sign that part of you is asking to be protected, heard, or finally released.

You don’t have to sort it all out at once. You don’t have to “fix” it. But you do deserve a safe space to feel it without judgment.

If and when you’re ready, I’m here. We can move with it gently. We can sit in silence with it. We can let it breathe, and shift, and transform—at your pace. There’s nothing too big for your spirit to hold, when held with care.

Please take your time, drink water, rest when you can, and remember: anger is not the opposite of peace. Sometimes it’s just the path that gets us there.

With warmth and respect,

Blue Heron
