—without a clear reason, or with too many to name—I just want to say: it's okay.
This feeling has a way of moving in softly, sometimes uninvited, and making everything feel a little heavier, a little slower, a little farther away.
You don’t need to explain it or justify it. You don’t need to turn it into something productive. You’re allowed to feel what you feel.
Sometimes it arrives when we’ve been carrying too much for too long. Sometimes it’s a soft signal from the heart that something needs to be felt, or released, or simply honored.
It doesn’t always need to be solved—sometimes it just needs to be met with kindness or nothing at all.
So if today your heart feels heavy or your body tired, I hope you can let yourself rest in that. Wrap up in quiet things. Let the tears come, or not. Breathe slowly. Take up space.
And know this: you are not too much. Your sadness is not too much. You are still whole, still worthy, still deeply human in all of it.
Whenever you're ready, you’re welcome here—just as you are. In the quiet, in the heaviness, in the softness of being held.
With warmth,
Blue Heron
Ps. You are deeply LOVED, and YOU (yes YOU) matter…
