Recovery Book Study & Support Circle
An Open, Inclusive Space for Healing and Growth
This weekly Recovery Book Study is a supportive, non-conference-sanctioned group open to anyone navigating a personal recovery journey—whether from addiction, codependency, trauma, or life transitions. We gather to explore books that support emotional healing, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. This group is not affiliated with any specific recovery program (such as AA, NA, or any 12-step fellowship), and there are no required beliefs or steps to participate.
Each session begins with a grounding moment, followed by a group reading and open discussion. We emphasize respectful sharing, active listening, and mutual support. Whether you're working a formal recovery program or walking your own path, this circle offers a space to reflect, be heard, and grow in community.
What to Expect:
Weekly meetings focused on a chosen recovery-related book
Gentle facilitation to encourage open discussion
No requirement to share—listeners are always welcome
A nonjudgmental, confidential environment
Who It's For:
This group is free and welcomes all who are seeking to heal, grow, and live with greater clarity and connection—regardless of background, beliefs, or stage of recovery.
