Recovery Book Study & Support Circle
An Open, Inclusive Space for Healing and Growth

This weekly Recovery Book Study is a supportive, non-conference-sanctioned group open to anyone navigating a personal recovery journey—whether from addiction, codependency, trauma, or life transitions. We gather to explore books that support emotional healing, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. This group is not affiliated with any specific recovery program (such as AA, NA, or any 12-step fellowship), and there are no required beliefs or steps to participate.

Each session begins with a grounding moment, followed by a group reading and open discussion. We emphasize respectful sharing, active listening, and mutual support. Whether you're working a formal recovery program or walking your own path, this circle offers a space to reflect, be heard, and grow in community.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly meetings focused on a chosen recovery-related book

  • Gentle facilitation to encourage open discussion

  • No requirement to share—listeners are always welcome

  • A nonjudgmental, confidential environment

Who It's For:
This group is free and welcomes all who are seeking to heal, grow, and live with greater clarity and connection—regardless of background, beliefs, or stage of recovery.

Blue Heron Sound Bath

Saturdays & Sundays | 10:00AM – 11:11AM

Start your weekend grounded and centered with this Traditional Chinese Medicine–inspired sound bath, designed to gently guide the body and spirit into deep rest and energetic balance.

Using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, this session works with the Five Element theory and organ resonance in TCM to help release stagnation and support the flow of Qi. Each tone is chosen intentionally to harmonize specific organ systems—liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys—bringing the body into a more natural rhythm of calm and repair.

Whether you’re recovering from stress, navigating grief, healing from illness, or simply seeking peace, this practice invites you to come as you are. The space is quiet, welcoming, and trauma-sensitive. You’ll be lying down or resting comfortably for the session—feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, meditation cushion, or anything that helps you feel supported (we also have some available to borrow—just add a note to your booking).

These sessions are part of a growing effort to offer restorative, accessible practices in East Nashville. Beginners and first-timers are always welcome.

Heart Centered Tea Circle & Sound Bath w/ Xanthi & Ash

An Immersive 3-Hour Journey of Connection, Presence & Inner Harmony

You're invited to slow down and drop into a rich, heart-opening experience.

We’ll begin in quiet ceremony with a tea circle rooted in the abundant energy of the Heart.

In this shared communal space, tea becomes more than a drink—it becomes a way to listen, to soften, and to connect. As we sip, we’ll tune into the heart space—cultivating feelings of love, gratitude, and presence, both within ourselves and with those around us.

From this grounded, open place, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative sound bath. Let yourself fully receive—lying down, supported, and held by the healing vibrations of sound. Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and voice will guide you into a meditative state, helping the body release and the heart integrate what it has opened to.

This is a slow, intentional space.

A space to reconnect with your inner landscape and the quiet wisdom that lives in stillness and ritual.

No experience is needed—just come as you are.

Investment - $120

**Laying Mats, Head Cushions, Eye Covers, and Blankets all provided for maximum comfort, so that you can fully immerse yourself into the sound portion.
