Sound Bath & Breath Work W/ Emily Grimm & Ash
10:00AM – 12:00PM
Start your weekend grounded and centered with this Traditional Chinese medicine–inspired sound bath, designed to gently guide the body and spirit into deep rest and energetic balance.
Using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, this session works with the Five Element theory and organ resonance in TCM to help release stagnation and support the flow of Qi. Each tone is chosen intentionally to harmonize specific organ systems—liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys—bringing the body into a more natural rhythm of calm and repair.
Whether you’re recovering from stress, navigating grief, healing from illness, or simply seeking peace, this practice invites you to come as you are. The space is quiet, welcoming, and trauma-sensitive. You’ll be lying down or resting comfortably for the session—feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, meditation cushion, or anything that helps you feel supported (we also have some available to borrow—just add a note to your booking).
These sessions are part of a growing effort to offer restorative, accessible practices in East Nashville. Beginners and first-timers are always welcome.
